· Keep confidential any information unless instructed otherwise in writing.

You’ll Love Your New Home
Purchasing a home is an important decision that affects your live in many ways.
With such a large step, there is bound to be some level of hesitation.
If within 90 days of moving in, you don’t love your new home,
We will get your home sold and completely waive our listing commission.
1. Guarantee period begins on date of recordation and ends on the same date, 90 days afterward.
2. The Waive Listing Commission does not include any closing costs or other seller’s expenses, including but not limited to a sales commission, if applicable.

ü To communicate responsibly and honestly.
ü To willingly provide pertinent information as needed.
ü To promptly inform your agent of changes in timing, requirements, or other critical information that will affect you service commitment.
ü To submit a loan application and all lender-required information within the time frames of the contract when financing. (Including being pre-qualified prior to touring homes.)
ü To enter into contracts in good faith and make every effort to adhere to all negotiated contingencies.
ü To inform all other real estate agents that you are represented by the 1st Louisiana Realty, llc agent below.
